The web page http://llvm.org/InTheNews.html refers under the title

2007-01-15, Linux.conf.au, "The ARM Backend Of LLVM", Rafael Espindola

to a web page http://lca2007.linux.org.au/talk/27 which does not exist. 
However, using google, I was able to find this article under 
http://lca2007.linux.org.au/talk/27.html (note the trailing '.html').
