llvm dev - Aug 2006 - [LLVMdev] published a copy of Cygwin frontend binary

I am having constant problems in building a llvm 1.7 frontend under 
Cygwin (WinXP SP2 + cygwin + gcc 3.4.4), even after following all of 
your online instructions and documents.

So, I am asking if it is possible for you to publish a pre-build version 
of llvm frontend under 1.7 release.
