The purpose of the 2nd International Conference on Smart Grids and Green IT Systems (SMARTGREENS) is to bring together researchers, designers, developers and practitioners interested in the advances and applications in the field of Smart Grids, Green Information and Communication Technologies, Sustainability, Energy Aware Systems and Technologies. Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted papers (full, short and posters) will be published on the workshop proceedings book, under an ISBN reference, and on CD-ROM support.
