LightDM - Mar 2018 - Correction about LightDM 1.24 release timeframe

Hi all,

I notice I incorrectly said that LightDM 1.24 was supported until October
2019 [1]. This should have been April 2018 (i.e. soon). The release
schedule for LightDM matches Ubuntu releases [2] which is normally 9 months
except for LTS releases which are 5 years. If you were relying on 1.24
support you should consider upgrading to 1.26 which is supported for longer
and doesn't have major changes from 1.24.
