[LightDM] Different xorg commands on different vt/session
Hi all, I've recently upgraded from 1.10.3 to 1.14 and the seat management has changed (I've read [1]). What I'm trying to achieve is a "standard" X on vt7 (with multisession/multiuser support), and an xdmcp client on vt8. Previously, I had this in the lightdm.conf: [Seat:0] xserver-command=Xorg [Seat:1] xdmcp-manager=xdmcp-server.example.com This worked well, now it doesn't... Technically I don't have two seats as I have one screen, one graphic card, one keyboard, and one mouse, so working with seats might be the wrong way. I did try "attaching" the graphic card to a new seat, but ultimately it didn't work. The only way I found is to start an external-to-lightdm seat-less "Xorg -query xdmcp-server :1 vt6", and let lightdm work normally on vt7+. Is there any way to make this work using lightdm? or generally specifying different xorg parameters per vt/session? Thanks in advance, Yair. If it matters I'm working on debian mostly "unstable".
