Currently it works for me again. Linux-4.0.3, Qemu-2.3.0, Libvirt-1.2.15.

And sometimes it doesn't. But i see this entry in libvirt-1.2.16 changelog:

qemu: drivePivot: Fix assumption when 'block-job-complete' fails (Peter
Krempa),

Is this suppose to fix this issue?
