[libvirt-users] Problems Installing KVM Guest + Console Access
Hi, Im having real issues with getting a kvm guest up and running on CentOS 5.5 I have expanded the iso to a path on my system as I have been told that the -x (extra arguments) will not work with the -cdrom option, so I am now using -location, but still the extra arguments are not being picked up. So what do I need to do to get a guest up and working with console access to view the install as its driving me crazy. Thanks Tony

Could you paste the DEBUG log here so that we could see if the extra arguments were really not pciked up? And do you have to use text console to view the installation process, why not vnc? :-) Regards Osier
