LARTC - Jun 2005 - dropping tokens

Hello,
For a test purpose, I want to drop tokens with determined
probabilities in an HTB structure. But I do not know how I could do
this, in fact due to being newbie. I d appreciate if anyone could help
and suggest sth. Thanks,
