Since it''s the simplist it could make things easier for those running
an
ADSL connection and not hosting.
I''ve found the infomation for sch_prio scarce.

Yes, I have some documentation on using sch_prio and the entire Linux
traffic control system underway.  It is not yet done (stay tuned).

I''m not sure I''d agree with you that sch_prio is the simplest,
but I
absolutely agree with you about the need for some more information on it.
