LARTC - Jul 2003 - tc class/filter delete/change/replace ? help

Hi,

I''ve tried the command line "tc filter del/delete ...so on"
for one
single IP/classid/flowid,
but, it''s deleting all the filter rules (IPs), which are already
existing.

Any suggestions on this is very much appriciated.
