LARTC - Jun 2002 - Implementation Question

Hi all,

Suppose I wanted to add a new qdisc or change the existing
implementation how do I go about doing this?

I would also like to modify so that I have the changed qdisc as
modules that I can load and unload. Can I get some more info for
doing that??
