LARTC - May 2002 - Not marking using as simple configuration

Hello all,

I have a very simple configuration and I just can''t figure out why the
marking is not being done. I want to have all packets from 10.0.0.0/24 to
20.0.0.1 marked as EF traffic.  What could be wrong?

Any help or ideas would be really appreciated.
