LARTC - Jun 2001 - tc manpage/documentation?

Hi,

I have the iproute2 package, but can''t find any documentation for tc.
Where can I get manpages oder tc-specific documentation other than the
LARTC?

	There __is not__ an official tc command reference like the one
for ip; do not search for it. However, there are plenty of examples
and explanations in the LARTC HOWTO, users.belgacom.net/staf and in
the archives of this list.
