LARTC - Jan 2001 - ipchains, ip, & tc

Hi,

I''d like to use ip and tc, but unfortunately due to some problems on my
NIC driver, I couldn''t get iptables to work. Can those two programs be 
used along with ipchains? (I want to mark some packets.)
