klibc - Aug 2011 - Klibc License

Hello,

while merging klibc in the OpenEmbedded/Yocto buildsystem we are
having hard times trying to match the complex klibc license with the
'standardized' spdx definitions at  http://spdx.org/licenses/

What is the correct license for klibc? Some distro say BSD/GPL.
