klibc - Aug 2002 - Slight tree change

After getting annoyed with it a few too many times, the "linux"
symlink
is now expected in the root of the source tree (where you'd type
"make"
in the normal case).  Also, all paths are relative to SRCROOT; KLIBSRC
$(SRCROOT)/klibc.
