Instiki users - Apr 2006 - [Instiki] Which Sqlite

The instructions say SQLite must be installed on a windows computer. Which
SQLite download file is appropriate? And where should it be unzipped to?

SQLite3, unzip it to someplace on the PATH, for example
  C:\WINDOWS\System32.

If you run a 0.11.0 release, it includes the SQLite3 binary. If you run
launch Instiki via ./instiki.cmd, this script makes sure that the binary
in question is on the path. 

By the way, if somebody would submit a more robust launcher script for
either Windows or Linux, it would be highly appreciated.
