Instiki users - Mar 2006 - [Instiki] Creating tickets now reuqires password-protection

Hi all,

Tickets at http://dev.instiki.org recently became a spam target. I have 
to block anonymous users from creating or editing tickets.
If you want to create a ticket for Instiki (you will, because I am going 
to release version 0.11 now :), login as "guest", password
"guest".
Let''s hope that those spammers are not subscribed to instiki-users.
