Good afternoon, this list has always been a place for people at different levels of skills to meet and discuss Icecast (and not so Icecast) related topics. However what is hardly told about is how much work it is for those who provide their knowledge, time, and passion to those in seek of help. I would like to thank everyone who does that on this list. It often is a hard job and it is often frustrating. And I think the strength needed to keep up being that supportive person is not seen by many. I thank you very much, and you have my deepest respect for your work. I couldn't agree more, I try my best to be helpful but that can't compare to the amount of work that's actually been done to write the software. Its enabled me to do things I wouldn't have the time or skill to do myself. Thanks :) On 2019-09-11 00:07, Philipp Schafft wrote:> Good afternoon, > > this list has always been a place for people at different levels of > skills to meet and discuss Icecast (and not so Icecast) related topics. > However what is hardly told about is how much work it is for those who > provide their knowledge, time, and passion to those in seek of help. > > I would like to thank everyone who does that on this list.
