Seeing as you're running systemd, you might want to look at the Journal too: journalctl -u icecast2 -- Paul Martin <pm at nowster.me.uk>
Hello, If it is on a (VMware) virtual machine, maybe the network capacity or cpu capacity might be consumed by other virtual machines ? Could there be a backup process running on the other machines ?
