Icecast - May 2017 - Is discussing of using Icecast for AAC on- or off-topic?

I'm newer here than most of you, don't know the conventions.

I've been tinkering with using Icecast2 as a transport and have run into 
some issues and have some observations. Would it be cool to do that here?
