Icecast - Feb 2017 - Log to file + stderr

Hi,

I would like to log the errors to stderr and to a file, but it doesn't 
seem possible for now. I tried

```
<errorlog>icecast-error.log</errorlog>
<errorlog>-</errorlog>
```

but the last setting erases the previous ones so I can only print to one 
of them. Could you add this feature?

This is correct.

Maybe you can give us a bit more information on your usecase first.

My first idea would be to use tail(1), something like:
        $ tail -fn 1024 /path/to/error.log

Also there is the ticket system at:
https://trac.xiph.org/

That is the best place for actual feature requests.
