[Icecast] Desperate for a decent icecast client for Ubuntu 12.04
Hi , I tried IDJC last night , but could not figure how to just stream the line in. It seems to be a great program but overcomplicated for someone who just want to send his mic output <-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> web perso : http://memeteau.org Boutique Ordinateurs GNU/Linux : http://shop.ekimia.fr <xmpp%3Afreechelmi at jabber.fr> 2012/11/14 Martin Hamant <martin at sound4.biz>> Take a look at http://idjc.sourceforge.net/ > > Cheers > > Le 14/11/2012 00:48, michel memeteau a ?crit : > > Hi, > > My friend who is not a techie have a small radio and they used to > broadcast live with a mic plugged no a Ubuntu PC. > > On Ubuntu 10.04 they used darksnow with the right config file and it was > OK. > > But now under 12.04 darksnow crash, butt is really difficult to start > wit etc.... > > > So simple question, is there any straight forward icecast client for > ubuntu 12.04 with a decent GUI ? > > > they doesn't need any special feature actually > > thanks > > <-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> > > web perso : http://memeteau.org > Boutique Ordinateurs GNU/Linux : http://shop.ekimia.fr > > > <xmpp%3Afreechelmi at jabber.fr> > > > > _______________________________________________ > Icecast mailing listIcecast at xiph.orghttp://lists.xiph.org/mailman/listinfo/icecast > > >-------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
