Hi, I would like to know does the icecast app. perform by default? Also our Linux Distro is Redhat version 4 to install the icecast would it be better to install it using the yum command and also would that take care of the run ./configure make command or will still would have to run the command? It sounds like you should be able to use a ready-made package for RH, if you can find one on the internet ready-built for RHEL/Centos 4. Are you running 32 bit or 64 bit OS?
