Icecast - Mar 2008 - authorized access to streaming or mountpoint

Hi guys ,

sorry for the question , but I have read the doc , and this how to

but I don't find answer to my question:

it's possibile to authorize the access to the streaming/mountpoint only 
to a range of ip?There are others type of streaming authentication?

'Access' is such a vague term. If you mean listener access then you can 
use auth url and have something external like php to allow listeners to 
authenticate based on IP ranges.
