Using icecast you can stream nsv (nullsoft video) with aac+ or mp3 audio.
There is an activex based web client or winamp client... Its better than
nothing!

Of course here in Ukraine we can just stole Windows, Helix, Office and so on and
so on :) But we are trying to change ourself to use open source :)
