Thanks, that fixed it.  I thought that the bind address was for the
stream source, not the listening clients.

This line is almost certainly your problem, it means that Icecast will only
accept connections from the local host.  I'm guessing that's not what
you
want.  Comment out or delete that line and that should fix your problem.
