[lists] Re: Re: [icecast] How to complie Icecast2 on Win32
Thanks for everything. I just have one complaint: Oddcast won't save my broadcasts. But I can get around that by having a second Winamp session open and setting the vorbis decoder to save streams and then tuning into my own stream. --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. I just have one more thing, how do I get my Vorbis stream listed on yp.icecast.org? The configuration file for the server has that as the yellow-pages server and I checked the 'List on YP' box in the Oddcast config dialog. Also, is it possible to list a Vorbis stream on yp.shoutcast.com? And if so, will it work? Because it looks like the guys over at Nullsoft are planning to add native Vorbis support to their Winamp DSP. --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. Hi: AFAIK, the directory stuff is not yet implemented. -- Geoff Shang <gshang@uq.net.au> ICQ number 43634701 Make sure your E-mail can be read by everyone! http://www.betips.net/etc/evilmail.html Please avoid sending me Word or PowerPoint attachments.
