Hi, I know this is a simple question sorry but I just need to know a few bits of info before I install this as I cannot see the answer any ware. ( we have been using the free 25 from real audio for a live broadcast but are running our and its too expensive for the charity ) what I really need to know is when we do a broadcast with icecast what software do we need on the live events computer this is a windows98 can we still use real producer or do we need another or will it only work if they have UNIX. Thanks Andrew <p>--- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. All -- The solution turned out to be a file privileges problem. The solution seemed to be pointing the dump file to /tmp (ex: dump 123 /tmp/test.mp3).
