You need mkpaswd, which is an expect script, which comes with expect normally,
but if you already have expect (and tcl/tk) then the script is at
http://sunsite.bilkent.edu.tr/pub/languages/expect/example/mkpasswd.gz
mkpasswd will need to be installed in your PATH so when compiling icecast
it can find it.
