i'm having an icecast2 issue (with the latest commits):
it maxed out the cpu and eventually hung (wouldn't send any http data).
once i removed an inactive <relay> from icecast.xml, this problem
seemed to go away. not a problem since i don't want to relay that
stream anymore, but if the stream were only temporarily down this would
be a bad thing.
