Icecast dev - Aug 2004 - [patch] Icecast2 v4 chroot-chuid/gid patch....

Hi, 

I hope that there are no points/issues/requests now... 

Michael Smith wanted to be able to bind ports <1024 which is now
possible.

It also checks if it's run as root and shuts it down if you don't change
it's owner.

See config file for all options.
