Gluster users - Mar 2021 - peer sees itself disconnected - problem

Hi guys

I do:
-> $ gluster peer status
Number of Peers: 5
...
Uuid: 8a5b91ed-f0ab-4344-ba6f-d37408e5f815
State: Peer in Cluster (Disconnected)
Other names:
10.0.0.8
...

that above is from the peer which sees itself disconnected 
and sees other peers connected okey.
Also, remaining nodes see all the peers connected.

This quite weird would you not say? How to troubleshoot it?
I'll grateful for thoughts and suggestions.
