The Gluster community is pleased to announce the release of Gluster7.9
(packages available at [1]).

*Highlights of Release:*
This release contains majorly the bug fixes as described in the issues
section of release notes.

*Important Note:*
This minor release is the last release of the release-7.x series.
Users are highly encouraged to upgrade to newer releases of GlusterFS
available at [3].
