Gluster users - Nov 2020 - Downgrade to 7?

Hi,

we have massive problems with our replicated volumes since we upgraded
to 8.2-3.

these are the errors we obtain in
/var/log/glusterfs/bricks/gluster-ho-brick.log

It's highly not recommended, but I have managed to downgrade from 7.1 to 6.5
by just downgrading the rpms and rebooting (which is actually not necessary) the
system.

I guess that it's enough to just:
1. Kill? all processes on the node (if you got no pending heals)

/usr/share/glusterfs/scripts/stop-all-gluster-processes.sh

2. Downgrade the rpms with your package manager

3. Reboot the whole system or just restart glusterd
