Gluster users - Feb 2020 - Feature request: max total size for trashcan

Hi all,

I just discovered gluster's trashcan support
https://docs.gluster.org/en/latest/Administrator%20Guide/Trash/, but I was
surprised to see that we can only limit the max file size and not the size
of the trashcan itself (like we can on Windows, for example).

This ticket is the feature request to add such a total max. The files would
be automatically cleaned out FIFO.

Be careful Artem!
Last time I have enabled it ,  I found a lot of shards in it   and that was
unexpected :)

I guess it can get full in a short time.

Thanks for raising the bug.

Will check on the possibility! But interestingly, I had not heard anyone
else 'depending' on the trashcan feature :-) And there were some
discussions on does it actually work at all or not. Good to know it is
helping some usecases.
