Gluster users - Apr 2017 - Upgrading to 3.8 guide missing

I am planning to upgade from 3.7.20 to 3.8.11 but unfortunately the
"Upgrading to 3.8" guide is missing:

Where can I find the instruction to upgrade to 3.8?
