Write your own /etc/ganesha/ganesha.conf file. (Example in my blog post at http://blog.gluster.org/2015/10/linux-scale-out-nfsv4-using-nfs-ganesha-and-glusterfs-one-step-at-a-time/) And if you wouldn't mind filing a bug at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=GlusterFS we would appreciate it.
