Good question.
* Does the config file should be limited by GNU GPLv3?
Copyright of GlusterFS does not cover the copyright of the volume specification
file.
If you have written a volume spec file, you own the copyright of it.
* If I write a translator or a scheduler or an authentication module, do I have
to comply
with GNU GPLv3 license?
GNU GPLv3 license only comes into effect when you re-distribute. If you are
using it
for your own use, you can may any proprietary change you want.
