The bits for what _may be_ 10.3-RELEASE, barring the finding of any last-minute problems, are what is there. In at least one previous release cycle, last-minute problems *were* found, and the bits had to be re-spun. The release is not official until a signed email from the release engineering team says it's done. (I'm afraid someone has to reiterate this right at the end of every release cycle.) mcl
