freebsd stable - Feb 2013 - Ipsec VPN tunnel from a Win/7 box?

I read around the net that using racoon and the kernel-based IPSEC
options do not work with Windows 7.....

Is there a configuration that does?

I don't know about IPsec, but OpenVPN works very nicely.
