Hmmm... for consistencies' sake you should probably be using:
ipv6_ifconfig_bge0="2001:dead:beef:2222::1/64"
ipv6_ifconfig_bge0_alias0="2001:dead:beef:1::5/64"
or, to make things absolutely parallel to your IPv4 settings:
ipv6_addrs_bge0="2001:dead:beef:2222::1/64 2001:dead:beef:1::5/64"
