freebsd stable - Dec 2005 - bin/64198: init(8) may keep zombies

Hi!

The problem is still here for 6.0-STABLE:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=bin/64198

For this version init leaves a process not in 'Z' (zombie) state
but in 'RE' (trying to exit) state that's strange.
