I posted a note to GNaTs about this yesterday, but ... There seems to be a reproducable 'system hang' related to, what I think, the unionfs code ... In the first 'test case' that I've been able to easily reproduce with, the problem seems to manifest itself when I try and use unionfs to mount /usr onto a directory hierarchy for use within a jail ... that one is easy to reproduce, since I Just need to start the jail and it hangs just as sendmail (postfix) starts ... I can break down to DDB, at this point, which is what I put in my report (kern/84498) ... The second one happened this morning ... I had mount_unionfs'd a file system, to play around a bit, but didn't try to start jail ... I forgot that I had left the mount there (had set it up last night), and by this morning, the machine was locked up solid ... I have a serial console in place, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to break to DDB ... I don't know what else, beyond what I included in my bug report, I can provide, but since this is *really* easy to reproduce, and I am already setup for a serial console, if someone can provide some direction on what else I can provide in the way of information, please let me know ...
