I got fed up of my VIA KT400 based system rebooting every five minutes so I have back-ported the -CURRENT AGP 3.0 changes to -STABLE. It seems fine so far, but it probably needs a bit more testing. Diffs are at: <http://www.fdy2.demon.co.uk/agp.patch.gz> Robert Swindells

AGP8x is hopelessly broken on my Soyo KT400 based board; I just gave up and demote it to 4x in Windows. THeres a KT400A variant, which leads me to think that its a problem with the chipset. -- Doug White | FreeBSD: The Power to Serve dwhite@gumbysoft.com | www.FreeBSD.org
