freebsd stable - Apr 2003 - No subject

I get this message when I "cd /usr/ports/print/a2ps-a4 &&
make"
a2ps-a4-4.13_1 is marked as broken: Installs files in /.

Is there a way to install 'a2ps-a4-4.13_1' from ports? Or what is this
markes as broken?

If you don't mind the above warning you can comment out the BROKEN
line in the makefile.

It's marked as broken because the port does something illegal
(installs files in /).
