freebsd security - Oct 2011 - decrypting freebsd bsd with mdecrypt

Gentlemen (and ladies of course),

I'm now faced with a problem of restoring FreeBSD bdes-encrypted backups
under Debian.

Any ideas what exact parameters (algorythm, mode, key-mode etc) I need to be
able to read them?
