I find it as annoying as anyone to see incomplete job postings come across this list, but far more so to see extended discussions. Isn't it time this list be moderated? Besides filtering out the discussions, incomplete postings could be returned with a copy of the posting guidelines. This would allow them to be revised and resubmitted before they go out across the list. -Mitch
