I should mention outside of this ad that Nextrials is a great place to work. It's a small company with lots of potential and is totally in love with FreeBSD and open source software. The work load is high but the environment is relaxed (no corporate dress code, etc). We'd really like to hire a real FreeBSD admin, not just someone that knows linux and threw FreeBSD on their resume just for us.
