Fontconfig - Jan 2008 - Fontconfig 2.6 release coming up. Tracker 14062

I''ve created a tracking bug for fontconfig 2.6 and have added a pile of
open bugs to that. Please make sure that any issues you would like
reviewed before 2.6 have bugs that block 14062.
